1Who we are

Zrce Spring Break Croatia (“the festival”) is organised by Maroon Horizon Ltd, a company registered in Ireland (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to every ticket and extra bought on zrcespringbreak.com and to your visit to the festival. By buying a ticket you accept them.

2Tickets and buying

Zrce Spring Break Croatia 2027 has two weekends: Weekend 1 (Thursday 27 – Sunday 30 May 2027) and Weekend 2 (Thursday 3 – Sunday 6 June 2027). A ticket is valid only for the weekend and ticket type shown on it.

• All prices are in euro (€). The total you pay is shown before you pay.
• Your booking is confirmed when the payment is complete and you receive our confirmation email.
• When you buy, you enter your first name, surname, email and mobile phone number, and the first name and surname of every guest – in Latin letters, as in the passport or ID. One QR code is valid for one person. All guests must be 18 or older.
• One booking can have up to 50 tickets. For bigger groups, please use our contact form.
• Group discount codes and Early Bird prices are valid only under the conditions shown with them and only while they last.
• Buy tickets only on zrcespringbreak.com. Tickets bought anywhere else may be fake, and we cannot accept them.

3Payment

You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay or Klarna (where available) through our payment provider Stripe, or with PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.

If you pay with Klarna, Klarna’s own terms apply to your payment plan.

4E-tickets and your booking page

Right after paying you receive the PDF e-tickets with a QR code for every guest by email. The same email has the link to your personal booking page and your login: your email address and a password. There you can download the tickets again, change ticket-holder names, upgrade tickets where we offer it and turn tickets into Festival Credit. All bookings made with the same email address are on the same booking page.

• Keep your password private – anyone who has it can manage your bookings. If you forget it, the booking page sends you a new one.
• The buyer is responsible for sending each guest their own ticket.
• Every QR code can be used for entry only once. If a ticket was copied, only the first person scanned gets in.
• The booking page stops working after the festival. Tickets turned into Festival Credit stay visible there, without QR codes.

5Changing names

Ticket-holder names can be changed on your personal booking page until your weekend ends, but not for a ticket that has already been used for entry. Any cost of the change is shown there and paid before the change is made. The new name replaces the old one: you get a new e-ticket, and the old QR code stops working.

The name, the weekend and the ticket type are the only things that make up your ticket. A ticket cannot be moved to the other weekend or changed into a different ticket type, except by buying an upgrade that we offer.

6No refunds – Festival Credit

Tickets and extras are not refundable. If you can’t come, you can turn your tickets into Festival Credit for next year’s Zrce Spring Break on your personal booking page. The earlier you do it, the more you keep:

How Festival Credit works:

• You get one coupon code per ticket, each with a fixed euro value (for example €40), sent by email. The value is based on what you paid for that ticket, including any upgrade.
• Each code can be used once, only for Zrce Spring Break next year, and only until the expiry date shown on it. You can use several codes in one booking.
• It cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If your new booking costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the rest of the credit is lost.
• As soon as the credit is issued, the original tickets and QR codes are cancelled for good.

Because the festival is a leisure event on fixed dates, the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases in the EU does not apply to tickets (Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

7Programme, venue and changes

The line-up, venue on Zrće Beach Bay, times and the day and night programme are announced on this website and may change. A change of an artist, venue, time or programme item does not entitle you to a refund. We always try to replace anything that changes with something of equal value.

If we cancel the festival or your whole weekend, you get your money back for the tickets of that weekend.

8Chargebacks

If a payment is disputed or charged back with your bank, card provider or PayPal, the booking is put on hold while the dispute is open: its QR codes are not valid for entry, the booking page and the Festival Credit option are switched off, and unused Festival Credit codes made from that booking are cancelled. To answer the dispute we give the payment provider the record of your booking. Please contact us first – most questions can be solved quickly.

9Entry and your visit

• Zrce Spring Break is 18+. Every guest must be at least 18 years old on the first day of their weekend.
• Bring your QR code (on your phone or printed) and a valid photo ID – IDs are checked at the entrance, and we may check that the name on the ticket matches your ID. Without a valid ID, or if you are under 18, you cannot enter, and there is no refund or Festival Credit.
• You must follow the house rules of each venue and the instructions of the security and festival staff. Security may search bags.
• We and the venues may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is a risk to themselves or others, is violent, or breaks the law or the house rules. In that case there is no refund or Festival Credit.
• Look after your belongings. We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen.

10Photos and filming

The festival is filmed and photographed for aftermovies, our website and social media. By attending, you agree that you may appear in these recordings. If you do not want a particular photo of you to be used, contact us and we will remove it from our channels.

11Party boat, travel and accommodation

Some extras, such as the party boat, places to stay and travel, are booked directly with outside providers through links on our website. Those bookings are contracts between you and that provider, under its own terms and cancellation rules – not these terms.

12Liability

We organise Zrce Spring Break Croatia and sell the festival passes. The clubs, bars, boats, beaches and other places where events take place are run by independent operators, each responsible for its own premises, staff, security, drinks and safety.

We are only liable for loss or damage that we or the people working for us cause by breaking our duties. We are not liable for: what venues, other operators, or transport and accommodation providers we did not sell to you do or fail to do; the behaviour of other guests or third parties; accidents, illness or injury not caused by our fault (including after alcohol or drugs, while swimming or on the beach); lost, stolen or damaged belongings; events outside our control (force majeure, weather, orders of the authorities).

Guests take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own health, travel and insurance. We recommend travel and health insurance.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

13Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Irish law. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.

“Zrce Spring Break” is a registered trademark. Our names, logos, photos and videos may not be used without our written permission.
